PromoNotes is not only our passion, but also a commitment.
The history of our company - PromoNotes sp. z o.o. - began 30 years ago with the construction of a small printing house supplying personalized advertising self-adhesive pads to the Polish market. Since then, we have undergone a huge metamorphosis becoming one of the largest suppliers of promotional products made of paper in Europe. The quality policy of our company, is based on activities aimed at ensuring its continuous development through the production of products that satisfy our customers and at the same time are environmentally friendly.
The main directions of activities related to the implementation of strategic objectives in the quality of services offered are:
• increasing competitiveness in the service market through the development of new products,
• putting the infrastructure in order to optimize the services provided and adjusting it to current legal requirements,
• to increase the quality and competitiveness of our printing services in compliance with the principles of sustainable development,
• adjusting the quantity and scope of provided services to the needs of customers,
• to carry out statutory tasks in conditions of financial stability.
With the above in mind, PromoNotes sp. z o.o. has implemented, maintains and improves the Integrated Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with the requirements of standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
We declare that we will continuously strive to:
• systematic improvement of the quality management system,
• continuous improvement of activities in the field of environmental management system and occupational health and safety,
• strive to continuously improve the quality of the services provided,
• constantly develop the quality awareness of management and employees, improve their professional qualifications through training,
• prevention of pollution resulting from environmental impact,
• to prevent accidents at work, occupational diseases and near misses,
• meeting regulatory requirements,
• continuously improve the state of health and safety in our organization,
• taking into account the role of employees in the management system and involving them in environmental protection and occupational health and safety activities,
• to provide the necessary means and resources for the implementation of projects related to the implementation of this policy and the effective operation of the quality management system,
• to support the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the United Nations Global Compact and strive to respect their principles in our company as well as by our suppliers,
• comply with FSC® procedures and guidelines for certified production,
• to act in accordance with the Principles of Good Manufacturing Practice,
• to coexist harmoniously with the environment and stakeholders based on a model of sustainable development in accordance with the United Nations Global Compact, in an ecological, social and ethical context.
The Management of PromoNotes Sp. z o.o. declares that the quality policy is communicated, understood and applied in the organization, and secures the conditions and resources necessary to maintain the functioning of the quality management system.
